Child Nutrition Change - Pre-Order Meal Packs!

*Notification for parents of students attending Sultan Virtual Academy or Sultan Parent Partnership and/or parents of children ages 0-5:

Greetings Sultan School District Families,

In response to all grades (K-12) having returned, we will be instituting some changes to improve the efficiency of our Child Nutrition operations.  Beginning next week we will begin phasing in a new requirement that all students who are not attending in-person instruction and/or are not of school age, will need to pre-order their meals.  Effective 02/25/21, we will no longer be offering daily walk-up service but instead all meals will be provided as a five-day meal packs on THURSDAY ONLY at the following locations:

Sultan Middle School: 11:00am – 12:00pm

Gold Bar Elementary:  11:00am – 12:00pm

Sultan Delivery Route:  
Ben Howard & 176th PL SE (Riverking Development) = 11:25 am – 11:35 am
Kessler Dr & Merea Ln (Eagle Ridge) = 11:50 am to 12:00 pm
138th St SE & Cedar Ct (Sky Harbor) = 12:10 pm to 12:20 pm
927 Hwy 2 (adjacent to JD Slicks restaurant) = 12:30 pm – 12:40 pm

Gold Bar/Startup Route: 
367th Ave SE & 143rd PL SE (East of Startup Gym) = 11:00 am – 11:10 am
36010 US-2 (Wallace River Park) = 11:15 am – 11:25 am
Fir Rd & 179th (Big Bend) = 11:40 am – 11:50 am
Woodhaven Ct. & 415 Ave SE (May Creek Estates) = 11:55 am – 12:05 pm
17th & Amanda (Creekside) = 12:10 pm – 12:20 pm

To ensure you continue to receive meals uninterrupted, your first order form needs to be received by 10:00pm on Wednesday (February 18th).  These meals will then be available the following Thursday (February 25th).   This process will then repeat itself weekly (Wednesday order for availability the following Thursday).  Until we fully transition to this new program, meals will be available at days/times being currently provided.  If you have questions regarding this change, please feel free to send me a message at  Thanks in advance for your cooperation on this matter.
