Friday, May 3rd, marked Gold Bar Elementary’s (GBE) first Cultural Celebration. During previous years the school celebrated Cinco de Mayo. On March 29th and 30th Sultan Middle School (SMS) students participated in the 62nd Washington State Science and Engineering Fair (WSSEF). Accompanied by forty parents and science teachers, Dr. Brian Pinkerton, Mr. Randall Bostic, and Ms. Kelly St. Johns, 110 students demonstrated their science prowess at the event held each year in Bremerton.
