Students throughout the district have access to the following Office 365 apps and services:

Excel (spreadsheet)
PowerPoint (presentation tool)
OneNote (digital notebook)

OneDrive (cloud storage)
Sway (digital story telling)
Forms (survey, forms, quizzes)
Teams (hub for teamwork)

Please note, only grades 6-12 have access to email.

Login to Office 365

While enrolled at a SSD school, all students have an O365 account.

Step 1: Visit the Microsoft login page
Step 2: Enter student email address.
Email: six-digit student id @sultanstudents.org
ex:123456@sultanstudents.org
Step 3: Enter student password.
Password: current network password.
Step 4: Choose the app (outlook, word, ppt, etc.) you wish to use and begin!

Use OneDrive

OneDrive is cloud storage for available to students. This allows students to access documents from anywhere, any device. To learn more about OneDrive

Step 1: Login to your O365 school account.
Step 2: Click on the "OneDrive" button located in your app list.
Step 3: Click "+ New"
Step 4: Click "Word Document"
Step 5: Begin typing! Your document will automatically save.

Install Office 365

Students can download up to five copies of O365 on their personal devices, including PCs, Macs, and iOS/Android. This allows access outside of school and fulfills our levy promise.

Step 1: Login to your O365 school account.
Step 2: Click on the "Install Office" button located near the top right
of the home page.
Step 3: Select "Office 365 apps."
Step 4: Follow the instructions that pop up to complete the download.
Step 5: Activate O365 with you student account.
