Good morning students, staff, families and community,
On the afternoon of August 6, 2025 there was a fire at Gold Bar Elementary that impacted Portable 3/4.
We are thankful to report no injuries and are very appreciative of the Fire Department and their response.
We will be going through the process of accessing next steps and wanted you to know at this time the exterior areas of the campus have been secured for safety reasons while we determine next steps and is not open.
We will provide updates as we approach the start of the school year.

The District and Board of Directors will be having an open-house-style retirement party for Superintendent Dan Chaplik at the Startup Events Center on June 12th, 2025, from 4:30-6:30 pm.
